Here are your daily tasks:
- Be responsible for the web component and back-end of the business platform.
- Manage a team over 5 rails developers.
- Be responsible for the growth and career development of your team.
- Excellent Ruby on Rails knowledge and experience
- Experience managing a backend development team to produce elegant, easily maintainable code.
- Leadership and team management abilities to supervise junior and senior developers in their career development.
- Strong in OOP Concepts, multithreading, design pattern.
- Experience with code review and GIT.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of AWS cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of concepts and methods related to analysis, design a, d implementation in an object-oriented environment.
