Sul Yoosa - CEO

After 3 years established with only 9 members, EVOLABLE ASIA has reached over 500 colors until now. Hopefully, we will reach 10,000 colors in 2020.

In the process of working with Vietnam IT environment, I believe you are qualified engineers with good technique. Therefore, I want to create EVA Town - an environment which you can maximize your potential capacity and performance - is my wish for the future.

Typically, in the foreign investment company, the career advancement of Vietnamese may be limited to a certain extent. But in our company is completely different, in fact, one member of the Board of Director is Vietnamese. We bring staffs equal opportunities to try and promote all possibilities and abilities.

EVA Town will be a place where you can have professionally working environment and fully equipped. At EVA Town, you will have the opportunity to work with engineers from many other nationalities.

Currently, we only focus on providing services to the Japanese market, but I believe in your technical capacity and inquisitive spirit, we have the ability to reach out to further international markets.

In October 2016, we cooperate with Venture Capital Fenox Investment at Silicon Valley - to expand EVA brand to US market. This is the first step for the future development of the GLOBAL EVOLABLE ASIA. I love Vietnam. I love Vietnamese people.

    What is your responsibility?

    I'm responsible for starting up the Hanoi Branch in June 2014 and Da Nang Branch in July 2015. In addition, I'm in charge of managing the Lab Development department of HCMC, Hanoi and Da Nang.

    In order to keep the labs operate stably, I will support the customers from recruiting the employees to supporting the operation of labs and managing lab members.

    What is good point woking at EVA?

    No matter who you are, Japanese or Vietnamese, everything will be discussed together.

    Advice to our future "colors"?

    We are trying our best to keep our "colors" have work-life balance. You can learn experiences directly from Japanese Project managers

    What is your responsibility?

    We are in charge of consulting for those who want to use offshoring but dont know how-to well. So our task ranges from upper process including Requirement Definition and both internal/external design, to lower process such as coding, testing and maintainance.

    What is good point woking at EVA?

    EVA is an employee-friendly work environment. We have a lot of internal events for members, such as company trip and kick-off events. We have held a big kick-off party at beach resort in 2016. I believe the 2017 campagin which we go to Singapore when it reaches 1,000 members is attractive. In short, Eva is employee-fisrt company.

    What is your responsibility?

    As a CFO, I not only manage the Accounting and Finance department but also participate in the process of building the company operation. In addition, I'm responsible for cooperating with EVOLABLE ASIA Co., Ltd Japan to build the management system.

    What is good point woking at EVA?

    EVOLABLE ASIA is still a young organization, to keep developing we have to face many difficulties ahead. However, I think the speed of development and how to overcome obstacles will be an interesting thing while working here.

    What is your responsibility?

    We are in charge of both internal and external Marketing activities.

    For the external, we are having the campaigns to spread the information via websites and social media to recruit the talented developers.

    For the internal, we are responsible for planning and executing the activities in order to motivate our "colors".

    From the making of internal newsletter to organizing many events, we are trying our best to enhance the communication and connection between our "colors"

    What is good point woking at EVA?

    Always concentrate on jobs and always be ready to move up are the things that I find attractive here.

    Advice to our future "colors"?

    I think it's not easy to have the environment where developers can directly work with the customers - the people who will receive your products. This sometimes can be a difficulty but I think it will be the best place for you to enhance your skills. We are waiting and welcoming new comers who want to develop and dream about a better future.

    What is your responsibility?

    Our main goal is to support both VN staffs & Japanese customers for making great labs and success of offshore. We always effort to hire good VN staffs, manage them & Labs, and give proper solution for all our clients (VN staffs, Japanese customers, and EVA members).

    What is good point woking at EVA?

    Basically we have to understand VN culture and communication style beyond our Japanese mind. So it helps our growth, too. In addtion, growth speed is very fast so we have to grow not only following EVA speed but also leading EVA by oneself. Even new and young Lab manager, EVA gives many tasks (opportunities) and responsibilities, so we always are able to grow up which we can not have in Japan and lean to be a great communicator in global stage.

    Advice to our future "colors"?

    We are looking forward to see many people who want to work beyond the boarder, challenge in the global stage, and grow up more. Please come to EVA! Change for Growth!

    My team is IT infrastructure, we manage and provide IT solutions (such as: desktop workstations, networking equipments, server and security systems) to customer with high quality and within fastest time to create value, convenience and satisfaction for customers.
